Stokes Point Smoked Cheddar - This naturally smoked cheddar is imported from
King Island, located off the south coast of Melbourne, Australia. This cheddar
is made in the traditional way, matured for 9 months and then smoked with
Tasmanian hardwood. Its beautiful, edible golden rind, created during smoking,
has a rich, smoky flavor and also acts as a natural preservative.
Bruder Basil - This soft cheese comes to us from Bavaria, Germany, and is made
in the tradition of Rauchkäse, a smoked cheese typical of the region. Originally
manufactured by Trappist Monks in the Abbey of Rotthalmunster, today it is still
smoked over hand-selected beech wood planks that give this cheese its special
flavor.
Smoked Kurpianka - This sausage-shaped cheese from Poland has a semi-firm
texture and a mellow, milky flavor. It is an instant palate pleaser with its
smoky edible rind and pleasing springy texture that melts in your mouth. Very
versatile, Smoked Kurpianka can be eaten as a snack, sliced for sandwiches,
cubed into a salad or melted for a Smoky Cheeseburger!
